Worst airport dinning experience. Staff is super uninterested in the customer and it takes waving them down to even be acknowledged and get a menu after 10 minutes even though there are more staff members than tables with people at them. My beer took as long as my food to make it to the table

5 waiters, 21 people sitting at 9 tables and yet for some reason you Cannot get service. I know it's An airport so I don't expect a 5 star dining experience, but to wait 10 mins for the waiter to show up, that's a bit crazy

I usually do not post negative reviews... terrible food (I had the bacon avacado cheese burger), terrible service (4 servers huddled together chatting), very expensive... and they tacked on an 18% gratuity for a party of 1. Go anywhere other than this place.

HORRIBLE server was friendly. FOOD??? overpriced for a can food! NEVER AGAIN MCdonald has better food than this place!Going to breakers palm beach to treat my psycological food trauma from this place!

Staff was only interested in looking at pictures on a phone and not in serving customers. Our waitress was soo unfriendly.

Only place with table service in this airport terminal. Delicious food but the service takes time.

I liked it relative to the other choices. The classic burger meat tasted fresh enough, although I preferred more cooked than most. It was med rare. The burger was not heavily seasoned, Thank you! The fries were almost cold but the oil they used for frying was not old. Oh and don't forget the full bar. They got extra stars for the bar and alternative choices available.

Don’t get the deviled eggs, terrible, I’m afraid I might be paying for it later...Service not friendly and they autograt a tip.

Came here for lunch while we waited on a flight. We ordered the deviled egg appetizer first. They were just under $10 and came with 4 eggs (2 eggs total), and were bland and topped with prepackaged chewy bacon. Then we had the bacon avocado burger and the chicken BLT. The sandwiches came with 1 piece of undercooked bacon and were served with fries. The fries were cold. Service was only fair, as the waiter was inattentive and we had to ask for refills of water. There was also several piles of dried bird poop on the back of the booth we sat in. It was really expensive for the quality and quantity of food we received. Would not come here again.

I had the grilled vegetables and mahi mahi , and my partner had the chicken BLT with sweet potato fries. Both were fabulous and far exceeded my expectations for an airport restaurant.Of course it wasn't cheap; bill came to $60 with a sm beer, tax, and tip, but for healthy fresh food to finish our vacation it was worth it. Service was good too.

I'm surprised by the negative reviews. Perhaps we came at the right time as the place was very quiet. I wasn't expecting much, but to be honest, it was likely the best meal I had during my 4 days in Miami. The waitress was friendly and polite and the prices were reasonable. The only reason I downgraded them to 4 stars is I do not appreciate the auto-gratuity. I decide how gratuitous I want to be, not your establishment.

Took forever to get check, water etc... wanted to order dessert, but after waiting so long for attention, i opted for the check.

The 18% gratuity added on to our bill stopped us from leaving less for very poor service. The food was ok but the bill made no sense to the menu options we picked. I never upgraded my drink to a premium but the waiter tells me, that’s the only option in their computer. Why would the menu mention the ability to upgrade when it’s forced on you. I would never recommend.

I can't believe this place has good reviews, and I'm not a whiner.The food is OK, but the service isn't. The place is over-staffed, yet you have to ask several times for something. One waiter was super unfriendly, another one shoved your dishes on the table without a look. Whatever you ask for you're not getting... It's once you get the bill that you understand why: 15% autogratuity. I felt the tip was stolen from me...And I forgot: the service is slow, so skip it if yiu're in a hurry.My tip: go to Gilbert's across the food court. The food is good too and the service much friendlier. La pausa is an unpleasant joint, avoid it!

The food was really bad, we had to wait about 30 min for a cold hamburger, and it was really expensive. Not recomended at all !!!

Arrogant Staff ....

The beyond burger was amazing! Try it with the ciabatta, you'll love it! I'm not sure what the other reviews are complaining about. Yes, the food might be a bit pricey, but what do you expect in a airport? The staff was very friendly to me and helped me out very quickly. They have a nice setting which allows you to spend some time working if you'd need to.

Walked out after being seated and ignored for far too long. It's an airport, people are in a hurry.

Hermys is a great server. The restaurant is famous. Good food, good wine. Everything is perfect. The server was well advised and everything was perfect and excellent. To recommend if you want to spend a long time at the airport in a pleasant way!

Have traveled all over the world, bought all types of different drinks and food. No other airport has had such high prices and poor quality food. Maybe the prices wouldn't have to be so high if the employees/staff working there wouldn't be filling there Cola cups with cranberry juice behind the bar. Place is a Joke!! Go to McDonald's instead.

Good service but did get my order wrong the menu is vague with its descriptions but great employees quick to fix my orders

It is one of the best restaurants in the airport, they just changed the whole menu, and now it is much better and better taste and presentation dishes, I recommend the tuna.

If you like rubber chicken , wilted lettuce and mushy old tomatoes.... This is the spot for you. I'd call the food I had terrible, but that would be cruel to the word terrible.

Wildly overpriced drinks at a noisy, mediocre food court. They sneak an 18% gratuity onto your check and try to trick you into adding a normal tip to the total. Slimy.

Decent food, better than expected in a airport restaurant. Worth the checkout if you’re hungry.

Skip it! Overpriced food, awful service! My husband received his food after everyone else had finished theirs! And the waitress still added her 15% tip to our bill, even though she never checked on us or asked about refills! Worst service I have received in a very long time!

More than enough ... Acceptable food, but waiting time much too long for this type of place. The height of everything, "tip" added automatically to the note ... at 18%. Robbery and shame.

The bartender took my friends order and forgot to even address me. Then when we finally got our food, in to go containers, we tried to sit by the windows and were told we couldn't sit in the restaurant because we had to go containers in a very dismissive tone of voice. The food is overpriced, bland, greasy. 3 little chicken tenders and a handful of fries for $14 is an outrage! All this on top of 15% auto gratuity. Save yourself the hassle and go anywhere else but here!
